Thaila Tsutsui Barca is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Analista de RH at Indústrias Colombo since March 2023. Previously, Thaila held the position of Coordenador de RH at Venti-Delta from February 2020 to March 2023 and worked as an Analista de RH at Unimed Catanduva from October 2013 to June 2019. Thaila's career began with roles in HR at Cerradinho Açúcar, Etanol e Energia S.A. and various positions from May 2010 to April 2013 as a professora e psicoterapeuta, providing instruction in professional courses and therapeutic services.
