Nelson Baradel Filho, PMP, currently serves as Executive IT Manager at Indústria Anhembi Ltda., responsible for IT strategic planning and process administration since October 2023. Previously, Nelson held the position of IT Manager at PremieRpet from October 2020 to September 2023, overseeing the information technology area. Before that, Nelson was an IT Project Manager at Ferrero, managing strategic IT projects across South America from September 2019 to September 2020. Nelson’s earlier experience includes roles as IT Manager and Systems Coordinator at Ypê, with responsibilities ranging from managing strategic projects to negotiating contracts. Additionally, Nelson worked as a Senior System Analyst at Freeart Seral do Brasil and Stefanini, and began a career as a programmer analyst in 2000. Nelson holds multiple degrees, including a Post MBA in Business Strategy and an MBA in Project Management with an emphasis on Information Technology from FGV.
