Warren Clayton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law, business management, and PPE distribution. Currently serving as a Spartanburg Chapter Member of Industrial Network Group since October 2021, Warren also holds the positions of President and Chief Legal Officer at Asheville Hwy Rental since October 2016, and Chief Executive Officer of Wellness Distribution, LLC, since October 2020, specializing in cost-effective PPE solutions for various clients. Additionally, Warren operates the Clayton Law Firm, LLC, focusing on business and construction litigation, among other areas, since August 2015, and previously worked as General Counsel for MSI-Viking Gage LLC and an attorney at The Carpenter Law Firm, PC. Warren’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Clemson University.
