Micah Wickersheim is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience in business development and transaction management. As the Managing Director of Business Development at Industrial Growth Partners since June 2015, Micah has played a key role in driving growth for the firm. Prior to this, Micah served as Vice President at Pfingsten Partners from June 2007 to April 2015, focusing on sourcing, managing, and executing transactions in the middle market manufacturing, distribution, and business service sectors. Micah holds a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies were completed from 2004 to 2007.
