Sajjana Basnayake is a Junior QC Engineer at Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) since April 2023, bringing significant experience in customer support and engineering roles. Previously, Sajjana served as Assistant Manager Customer Support at Cables Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. from June 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, and supervising production processes for cables and harnesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Support Engineer and Electrical Engineer at JLanka Power and Energy (Pvt) Ltd., focused on solar photovoltaic systems, energy audits, and supervising installations. Sajjana holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Peradeniya (2011-2015) and completed secondary education at Trinity College Kandy and Molagoda Sri Piyadassi Maha Vidyalaya.
