Colleen Klaiber is an experienced professional in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, currently serving as Vice President of EHS at Plug Power since December 2021. Previously, Colleen held the position of Director of HSE at Solar Turbines from September 2016 to December 2021. Colleen's extensive background at Caterpillar Inc. includes roles as EHS Manager for Product Development & Global Technology and managing EHS functions for multiple heavy manufacturing facilities, along with mentoring a team focused on environmental, health, and safety. Colleen began their career in safety roles at General Motors and Great West Casualty Company, having obtained both a Master of Science in Safety Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University Bloomington.
