Kristen Cardoza is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and process improvement. As a Process Engineer at ITW Industrial Decorating Solutions since January 2024, Kristen applies expertise gained from previous roles, including Mechanical Engineer at ITW Trans Tech and Standard Products Engineer at ITW Paslode. Kristen's career began with a Mechanical Engineering internship at ITW Paslode, complemented by leadership experience as a Resident Assistant at Marquette University's Office of Residence Life and a Telecommunicator role for the university's Telecounseling. Additionally, Kristen served as an Instructor at iDTech and completed a summer internship at the Village of Palatine's Public Works Department.
