Thelma Machado has been working in administration for over 16 years. Thelma previously held the title of Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman at Syntel before joining IndusSME LLC in May 2021. Thelma is responsible for managing information flow, calendars, and making travel arrangements for executives and external partners. Thelma holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Chetana's College of Commerce / Mumbai University.
