Pavan Sekhar Maturu worked as a Software Engineer at Tarant Software Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to May 2018. Pavan Sekhar then joined Indusface in May 2018, initially as a Software Engineer and later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in August 2022.

Pavan Sekhar Maturu completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Sarada Institute of Technology and Management (MBA exclusively for Women) in Vijayawada, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Zilla Parishad High School in Budathanapalli, where they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in 2006.

Later, Pavan pursued a Master of Technology degree in power systems from SRM University from 2014 to 2016.
