Jay Maru is currently an Associate Software Engineer at Indus Valley Partners since July 2022. Previously, Jay co-founded Passed On Wisdom, a platform for students to buy and sell old reference materials, and served as the Social Media and Literary Secretary at BloomBox, E-Cell KJSCE, focused on enhancing the organization's online presence. Jay gained web development experience through internships at NCS Technologies, where web applications were created using PHP and MYSQL, and at the Software Development Cell, KJSCE, where a Timesheet portal was developed. Additional experience includes roles in social media and content creation at BloomBox and serving on the organizing committee for Hult Prize Somaiya 2020. Jay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering and attended K J Somaiya College of Science & Commerce for HSC in Computer Science.
