Praveen Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis, currently serving as Project & KPI Senior Coordinator at Indus Towers Limited since February 2009. Praveen's role includes managing customer operations support for Airtel and Vodafone accounts, ensuring compliance through various types of sign-offs, and handling new projects. Prior to this, Praveen worked as a Workforce Management Analyst at Ericsson from January 2007 to February 2009, where responsibilities included dispatching work orders to field engineers. Praveen holds an Executive MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Karnataka State Open University, a Diploma in Electronics and Engineering from IASE Deemed University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Electronics Commerce from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University.
