Rafael Rodriguez started their work experience in 2000 as an Electronics Ordnance Chief in the U.S. Coast Guard, a position they held until 2023. In July 2023, they joined INDUS Technology, Inc. as an Engineer Technician.

Rafael Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including a CyberOps Associate certification from Cisco in December 2022, a General Radiotelephone Operator License - PG from the Federal Communications Commission in October 2021, a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2008, a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in July 2023, a CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA in October 2022, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022, and an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in March 2007.
