Victor Bandyopadhyay has a strong background in project management, with experience in various companies. Victor started their career at Easy Technology Solutions as a Project Coordinator from July 2010 to February 2013. Victor then joined 3S Unico Resilience Pvt Ltd in March 2013 as a Project Coordinator and Business Analyst. After six months, they were promoted to Project Manager and handled numerous domestic and overseas clients and their projects. In 2014, Victor moved to Micronix Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where they served as a Project Manager, handling web and mobile application projects. Victor also worked closely with the marketing, HR, and testing teams to enhance ROI. From 2015 to 2017, Victor worked at Prasarnet as a Project Manager, managing a large development and design team and assisting the marketing team with new projects. Victor is currently employed at Indus Net Technologies, where they started in 2017 as a Project Lead and later transitioned to the role of a Project Manager.

Victor Bandyopadhyay completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from SBIHM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT from 2010 to 2012.
