Riya Jadhav is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong background in project management and client engagement. Currently serving as a PMO and Client Engagement Manager at Pharmarack since December 2021, Riya previously held a role in Product Management at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as part of the Cadila Young Leadership Program, gaining valuable expertise in sales and marketing. Riya has also worked as a Management Intern at Novartis India, providing insights into sales and marketing strategies, and completed a technical traineeship at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, focusing on quality control and production processes. Riya’s leadership skills were demonstrated through roles such as General Secretary at NMIMS and Associate Executive Officer at the Indian Pharmaceutical Association Maharashtra State Branch Students' Forum. Academically, Riya holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Technology from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the same institution, along with prior education at Ramnarain Ruia College and Pawar Public School Bhandup.
