Monisha Gope has recently worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Indus Net Technologies starting from March 2022. Prior to that, they were employed as a Dotnet Developer at InnerEye from November 2021 to February 2022. Before their role at InnerEye, Monisha worked as a Software Developer at IGMI Lead Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. from September 2021 to November 2021.

Monisha Gope completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Computer Science from Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, from 2017 to 2020. Monisha then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Monisha also obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they received a certification in ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server with MVC from Globsyn-3rdLife. Monisha also obtained a certification in Python from FLEXONLABS in the same month and year. Furthermore, in June 2022, Monisha obtained a certification titled "Monitoring, Recognition and Attendance Automation in Online Class: Combination of Image Processing, Cryptography in IoT Security" from Springer Fachmedien München GmbH.
