Ginia Warren has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Ginia started their career as an HR Generalist/Manager in the US Army, where they successfully transformed an under-performing HR service section into a well-organized and highly utilized entity. Ginia also led a team responsible for tactical HR operations supporting approximately 700 personnel worldwide. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an HR Consultant at the University of Virginia, utilizing S.O.W. methods. Ginia then joined the Memorial Hermann Health System, first as a System HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2021, and later as an HR Business Partner for Southwest Hospital from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the HR Director at Indus Communities, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all HR functions, as well as leading a team of HR professionals.
Ginia Warren has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Management. Ginia obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University from 2017 to 2022.
