Robert Madeira has over 15 years of experience in the heating and welding industry. Robert served as the President at Inductotherm Heating & Welding Mexico since May 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Heat Treating at Inductoheat beginning in December 2010. Robert also worked as a Sales Manager at Robotron Elotherm from 2001 to 2005.

Robert Madeira received their Master's degree from Michigan State University / University of Detroit Mercy. Robert studied a range of subjects, including Pre-Medicine, Economics, and Finance, from 1978 to 1984.
