Bogdan Proca is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in power electronics and engineering management. Currently serving as Electrical Engineering Manager and Principal Power Electronics Engineer at InductEV since July 2021, Proca previously held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory from September 2020 to July 2021. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Vanner Inc. and Director of Research and Development at AMETEK Solidstate Controls, where Proca led multiple product development initiatives and team restructures. Proca's notable achievements include the development of the first Nuclear 1E Digital UPS product line in the US and innovations in modular high-frequency battery chargers. Proca holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with a BS from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
