Anna Shashenkova is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a People Partner at inDrive since June 2023, Anna previously held the position of Senior Recruiter for Marketing/Digital and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ATON from January 2022 to June 2023. Anna's expertise encompasses full-cycle recruitment for IT departments, stakeholder consultation, and sourcing strategy development. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Consultant at ANCOR, where responsibilities involved managing outsourcing projects and leading a small team, and earlier positions at Orange and OBI Group Holding that provided a foundation in HR functions and corporate program management.
