Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Teaching experience as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food courses occurred from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
