Nichole Jordan has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Nichole started their career as a Customer Service Quality Improvement Specialist and Relief Supervisor at PG&E, where they supervised a team of 40 employees and conducted customer information system training. Nichole then moved on to become a Team Lead in Information Technology at PG&E, where they coached and developed a management team and served as the lead contact for regulatory and emergency data requests.
Following this, Nichole worked as a Leadership Development Principal at PG&E, where they managed high-profile leadership development programs and launched the MBA Fellowship Program. Nichole also served as an Executive Manager, overseeing sales and service operations for over 3,000 small and medium business customers.
Nichole's next role was as a Director of Contact Center Operations at PG&E, where they directed the in-house contact center operations team and led enterprise-wide initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Nichole then joined C3 Energy as a Director and later became the Senior Director of Customer Success, managing account relationships and product delivery for leading utilities.
In 2016, Nichole joined Fond, Inc. as the VP of Customer Success, where they helped organizations strengthen their company cultures through employee engagement products. Nichole then moved on to Remix, a planning platform for public transit, where they held various roles including VP of Customer Success, General Manager, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently, Nichole joined Via as the SVP of Public Policy and Community Affairs. Nichole later became the SVP of Global Partner Success after Via acquired Remix. Currently, Nichole holds the position of COO at Indr, Inc.
Throughout their career, Nichole has demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to improving efficiency and satisfaction in various industries.
Nichole Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Nichole later pursued an MBA from The Wharton School, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
