Tinku Gautam is a TAC 2 network engineer at V5 Global Services Private Limited since June 2024, specializing in the TWAMP protocol for performance evaluation of live sites and resolving B2C service issues. Prior to this role, Tinku worked as an L1 network engineer at airtel from October 2022 to June 2024, focusing on mobility testing and troubleshooting across 5G, 4G, and 2G networks, with experience in control plane, data plane, and management plane operations. Tinku holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and Greater Noida Institute of Technology, completed in June 2020.
