Carl (C.J.) Windham Jr. is a skilled professional in the fields of sports and rehabilitation, currently serving as a Rehabilitation Aide at Wellstar Health System since August 2023. Additionally, Windham is a Professional Athlete in the Indoor Football League and operates as a Personal Trainer at Champion Performance Training, specializing in speed and agility training. As a co-founder of C² kicks, Windham is actively involved in entrepreneurial endeavors. Windham's background includes a successful collegiate career at Middle Tennessee State University, where accomplishments included recognition on the C-USA Commissioners Honor Roll and football team leadership. An early foundation in health was established at McEachern High School, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from MTSU.
