Nanda Kumar.P has extensive experience in operations and management within the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at INDOCOOL Composites Private Limited since July 2022 and as General Manager at SIVA ELECTRIC GENERATION PRIVATE LIMITED since March 2020, Nanda is responsible for profit and loss management. Previously, Nanda held the position of Plant Head at Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd, overseeing P&L for control panel production, and worked as Maintenance Manager at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Private Limited, contributing to a green field project for a new plant. Nanda's career also includes roles as Project Manager at Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Co. and VRV Group, and as Senior Maintenance Engineer at Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation. Nanda holds a BE in Electrical and Electronics from Sapthagiri College of Engineering and completed higher secondary education at Hindu Kalvi Nilyam Erode and Erode Kamaraj Municipal Higher Secondary School.
