Jennifer Welsh started their work experience in 2004 as a Staff Accountant (Co-op) at Welch LLP. In 2005, they continued working at Welch LLP as a Staff Accountant until 2007. Jennifer then worked at Orezone Resources as an Assistant Controller from February 2008 to February 2009. From March 2009 to November 2015, they were employed at Orezone Gold Corporation as a Controller. In December 2015, Jennifer became self-employed and worked as an Independent Advisor until October 2017. Finally, in December 2016, they joined INDIVA as the CFO, where they are currently employed.

Jennifer Welsh attended Carleton University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
