Eric Gibson, MBA, has held various leadership and managerial positions throughout their career. Eric is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Indigo Signworks, where they focus on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. Prior to this, Eric worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas, teaching a class on Leading Organizational Change.

From 2012 to 2019, Eric served as the President of UMC, Inc., a privately held organization in the contract manufacturing industry. In this role, they managed the business and customer relationships, implemented CRM strategies, and achieved bottom-line profits through continuous improvement methods.

Before joining UMC, Inc., Eric worked at Medtronic from 2003 to 2012. At Empi, Eric was a Marketing Product Manager responsible for integrating an acquired EMG company into the organization.

Eric began their career at Sandoz Clinical Nutrition as a Marketing Product Manager for Foods, where they developed and implemented marketing plans, identified new products, and managed a multimillion-dollar product line. Before that, Eric worked at The Upjohn Company as a Sales Manager, overseeing a district and achieving significant sales growth in the diabetes and psychiatry sectors.
