Taffi Zaidi

Vice President Sales & Client Success at Indigo Biosystems

Taffi Zaidi has a long and varied career in sales and marketing. Starting in 1998 with International Messaging Associates as an Associate Marketing Manager and Technical Writer, they researched key industry concerns and authored technical whitepapers to explain how the company combats industry problems. Taffi then moved to Metrix Digital Corporation in 2000, where they developed custom proposals for sales meetings, created comprehensive marketing plans, and developed the first print and online documentation for the product line. In 2001, they worked at both IT Convergence and e-Cop.net, where they started and managed the internal recruitment department and developed and maintained 5-star rated technical documentation for key products respectively. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Encentuate, where they drove all facets of marketing and sales operations, created marketing plans, and executed key initiatives that boosted lead generation and event participation. Taffi then moved to MontaVista Software in 2006, where they identified business requirements and recommended sales policy enhancements, project managed improvements and customizations in Salesforce, and developed and implemented rigorous worldwide onboarding and ongoing sales training. In 2012, they joined Moxie Software, Inc. as the Director of Sales Operations & Inside Sales, and then moved to Sencha, Inc. in 2014 as the Director of Sales Operations. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Core Health & Fitness - Star Trac, StairMaster, Nautilus & Schwinn commercial fitness products as the Director of Global Sales Operations, and in 2022, they will join Indigo BioAutomation as the Vice President Sales & Client Success.

Taffi Zaidi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Adamson University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
