Rocío Huamán Ccarhuas has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Coordinador de planificación de la producción and Investigación y Desarrollo de Productos at Sigma. From 2015 onwards, they have been the CFO and Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at Indigital Solutions.

Rocío Huamán Ccarhuas is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Escuela de Postgrado UTP, where they are studying Administration and Management of Businesses, General. Her program is expected to be completed in 2022.
