Tandy Hubbard, ENP has had a diverse work experience. Tandy started as an intern at the Kentucky Office of the 911 Coordinator/CMRS Board in 2004. In 2005, they became a Policy Advisor at the same company and held that position until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Tandy served as the Deputy Administrator at the Kentucky Office of the 911 Coordinator/CMRS Board. In 2017, they joined INdigital telecom as the Kentucky Market Manager.

Tandy Hubbard, ENP, began their pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations at Western Kentucky University from 2001 to 2003. Tandy then transferred to the University of Kentucky and obtained a Bachelor of Art in Integrated Strategic Communications (Public Relations) from 2003 to 2005. In 2014, Tandy obtained the Emergency Number Professional certification from the National Emergency Number Association.
