Christine Bauer has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1999. Christine worked at Eaton Corporation, where they served as a Senior HR Generalist/Health & Safety Coordinator from 2010 to 2015. In this role, they coached managers and guided employees on HR initiatives, policies, and programs. Christine also streamlined the workers' compensation administration process and ensured compliance with policies and procedures. Prior to this, Christine was an HR Generalist at Eaton Corporation from 2005 to 2010, where they managed workers' compensation, disability, and FMLA processes. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as an HR Assistant at Eaton Corporation, where they coordinated payroll and maintained employee records. After leaving Eaton Corporation, Christine worked as an HR Generalist at Franklin Electric from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they managed the recruitment process, provided HR support, coordinated new hire onboarding, and managed community outreach activities. Most recently, Christine worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Carlisle Companies Inc since 2018. Their responsibilities included serving as an HR Business Partner, supporting employee relations, compliance, and engagement efforts. Christine also managed recruitment, performance development, compensation, succession planning, and offboarding processes. In 2019, Christine joined INdigital Telecom as a Human Resources Manager.

Christine Bauer has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Concentration in Human Resources from the same institution in 2006.
