Katja Herrmann is an experienced professional in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at indie Semiconductor since June 2021. Prior to this, Katja had a long tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where a variety of positions, including waitress, were held from February 1995 until retirement in June 2021. Katja holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Hotel Management School Hannover, Germany, and a Certificate in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Saddleback College.
