Dayna Kaplan has extensive experience in operations, logistics, and business development, primarily in the retail and event planning sectors. Currently serving as the Operations and Logistics leader at Indie Lee & Co. since 2010, Kaplan has successfully established departmental protocols for a clean beauty start-up and facilitated growth to 36 SKUs with distribution across the United States and seven countries. Prior to this, Kaplan founded Indigo Events, overseeing all aspects of event planning from 1999 to 2011. Kaplan's earlier roles included significant positions in financial and merchandise planning at Caldor, account executive roles at Jones New York and Liz Claiborne, and retail buying experience at several companies. Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Tufts University and has a strong educational foundation from Loomis Chaffee School.
