Tiago Ferreira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Indie Campers since December 2021, Tiago previously held the role of Team Leader at Webhelp from May 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included project management, team motivation, and performance improvement. Prior to that, Tiago was a Customer Service Team Lead for TAP Air Portugal at Vertente Humana, managing a team of 20. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Advisor and Customer Care Advisor at SELLBYTEL Group, specializing in technical support for a major USA software manufacturer, and as an Insurance Sales Agent at AXA. Tiago holds a Licentiate degree in Turismo e Hotelaria from Universidade Internacional.
