L¨¦o Michel is a skilled Data Product Manager at Indicium, overseeing a team of Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists while serving as the primary technical reference for customers since January 2021. Previously, L¨¦o held the position of Analytics Engineer, where responsibilities included modeling and implementing analytical databases and developing strategic dashboards. As a Data Product Leader, L¨¦o designed and managed impactful data products that deliver business value to global clients. L¨¦o also gained experience as an Analytics Engineer Intern at Impact Hub Floripa. L¨¦o Michel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, obtained in 2023.
