Carlo Korssen has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Carlo started their career in 1996 as the Co-founder and CEO of Indicia Nederland. In 1999, they became a Member of the Executive Committee at 1e Europe. From 2009 onwards, they held several positions simultaneously, including CEO at Genicap, Co-founder at NG2, and Advisory Board member at St. Tilburg Innovation Center. In 2012, Carlo joined Iselect BV and The Antenna Company International NV as a Member of the Board. Their work history indicates strong leadership abilities and a focus on entrepreneurship.

Carlo Korssen obtained their V.W.O diploma from OSG de Randijk in Nieuwegein, from the years 1983 to 1989. Later, from 1989 to 1996, they attended Tilburg University, where they pursued a degree in Drs Bestuurlijke Informatie Kunde, with a focus on Informatiemanagement (Information management).
