Eileen R. has extensive work experience in sales, account management, and technical support. Eileen began their career in 2002 as a Software Support Engineer at Harco Technology. In 2007, they moved to Wombat Financial Software as a Technical Account Manager. Eileen then joined NYSE in 2008 as a Technical Account Manager, where they were solely responsible for many key clients. In 2009, Eileen R. became the Head of Account Management & Pre-sales and Client Services Manager at PathXL. In 2016, they joined Philips as Commercial Director - Global Life Sciences and Sales Director MRE, where they restructured the Global Sales team and achieved sales targets for 2017. Eileen R. was awarded Sales Leader of the Year 2017. In 2020, they joined Examen as Chief Commercial Officer. Most recently, in 2022, Eileen R. became the Head of Clinical Sales, Europe at Indica Labs.

Eileen R. attended Rathmore Grammar School from 1991 to 1998 and then Queen's University Belfast from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BMus in Music.
