Andrii Bikir is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the food service and retail industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Coordinator at IFD Foodservice Distributor since February 2023, Andrii previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CupStore from July 2014 to February 2022. Prior work includes managing the expansion and operations of 12 branded meat stores at Saltovsky Meat Plant as a Retail Manager, which involved enhancing store margins and running comprehensive hiring and training programs. Andrii also worked as a Territory Sales Manager, significantly increasing wholesale deliveries to private grocery stores. Earlier in the career, Andrii contributed as Chief Scientist at the Institut for Problems of Material Sciences NAS of Ukraine and as an Associate Scientist at SIZAM TRADING INNOVATIONS LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nanotechnology from the Institute for Problems of Materials NAS of Ukraine and a Master of Engineering from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
