Evan Lubline is the CEO at INDIANAPOLIS JEWISH HOME INC HOOVERWOOD. Evan has previous experience as an administrator at The Weils-Montefiore, where they oversaw a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility, and an assisted living memory care pavilion. Evan has also worked as an administrator at McGregor Overlook and Assisted Living - McGregor, where they were responsible for a 25 bed skilled nursing facility and a senior housing area that included 30 AL beds, 13 IL beds, and 26 HUD units. Evan is knowledgeable with all state and federal regulations for both nursing homes and assisted living, as well as HUD regulations and PACE regulations. Evan has developed levels of care for the assisted living to take care of a higher acuity resident and increased census by 40%. Evan works closely with the marketing team to ensure appropriate placement on campus.
