Tod Dalberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at Indiana Wesleyan University, Tod also holds roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President for External Affairs. As a co-founder of Linden Hill Group, Tod provides consulting expertise to enhance marketing and strategic planning for startups and mid-sized organizations. Previous positions include Director of Brand Management and Marketing at Endangered Species Chocolate and Chief Marketing Officer at Central Logic, among others. Tod holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Bethel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication - Public Relations from Illinois State University.
