Zachary Crabtree, DO, currently serves as a Resident Physician at both Indiana University School of Medicine and Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center since July 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Inc. from May to July 2015 and a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Carson from May 2013 to July 2014. Zachary Crabtree earned a Doctor of Osteopathy from Marian University Indianapolis between 2018 and 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in May 2018.
