Jason Laws is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in finance and higher education. Currently serving as Associate Dean for Postgraduate Study and Senior Lecturer in Corporate Finance at the University of Liverpool since July 2011, Jason has also held the position of Associate Lecturer at SOAS University of London from January 1999 to the present. Prior to that, from September 1993 to July 2011, Jason was a Reader in Finance at Liverpool John Moores University. Jason Laws holds a Master of Science in International Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and two degrees from the University of Essex: a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and a BA in Economics and Econometrics.
