Ian Nicolini currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Indiana University Health since October 2024. Prior to this position, Nicolini was the Vice President of Development at Pure Development from September 2022 to October 2024, and held significant roles at the Indy Chamber from November 2016 to September 2022, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Indianapolis Economic Development, focusing on business growth in the region. Nicolini has also contributed to higher education as an Associate Faculty member at IUPUI and Indiana University Northwest, teaching courses in public affairs and management. Previous municipal leadership experience includes serving as Town Manager of both the Town of Speedway and the Town of Cedar Lake, alongside earlier duties as Assistant Town Manager in Cedar Lake. Nicolini earned a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
