Duane Schmitz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Duane has held leadership positions at notable organizations such as Indiana University Health, Harrison College, Eli Lilly, Adicon Consulting, Bear Automotive Diagnostics (SPX Corporation), Honeywell, and Motorola.

At Indiana University Health, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Excellence, Vice President of Operations, Product and Sales for IU Health Plans, and Executive Director of Network Management for Indiana University Health Plans.

During their tenure at Harrison College, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer and President of the Online Division. Duane was responsible for overseeing 14 campus locations across Indiana, Ohio, and North Carolina, as well as international operations and central administrative functions.

At Eli Lilly, Duane Schmitz served as a Senior Director of Business Operations, overseeing global clinical development operations in multiple countries. Duane also held roles as the Director of US Clinical Operations and Director of Intercontinental Clinical Operations.

Prior to their roles at Eli Lilly, they worked as a Financial Recruiter and Lead Auditor.

Before that, Duane Schmitz held positions at Adicon Consulting, Bear Automotive Diagnostics (SPX Corporation), Honeywell, and Motorola as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer.

Duane Schmitz obtained an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University from 1983 to 1987.
