Hayley Wilson is an experienced professional in the field of museum education and early childhood programming, currently serving as the Director of Interpretation and Director of Early Childhood Programs at the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites since June 2018. Previously, Wilson worked at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis as a Preschool Educator, contributing to the delivery of high-quality immersive experiences for visitors. Early career roles include positions at Audubon Area Community Services as a Preschool Teacher Associate, University of North Carolina at Greensboro as a Metadata Assistant and Exhibit Developer, and internship experiences at Charleston Museum and International Museum of the Horse. Wilson holds a Master's degree in History and Museum Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor's degree in History and Classics from the University of Kentucky.
