Catheryne Pully is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Outreach and Partnerships at the Indiana State Bar Association since April 2010. In this role, Catheryne manages the Leadership Development Academy, focusing on curriculum and program development while promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, outreach efforts to over 100 local and specialty bars in Indiana are prioritized to enhance membership and participation. Concurrently, Catheryne serves in the United States Navy JAG Corps in various capacities, including Appellate Counsel and Ethics Advisor, with notable service as Staff Judge Advocate for Navy Reserve offices. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Child Services and positions within the United States Navy JAG Corps that involved legal advising and public affairs. Catheryne holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
