Bruce Hayes is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. since July 2023, Bruce has held key leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at MDwise, Inc., where impactful healthcare solutions were provided since 1994. Previously, Bruce spent over a decade at Anthem, Inc., leading various financial operations and integration efforts, notably managing the $50B Anthem/Cigna merger and producing significant economic efficiencies totaling over $7 billion. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management from Ball State University, attained between 1983 and 1987.
