Jay is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Indiana Packers Corporation, where they oversee all HR functions for a $1.5 billion business with 3000+ employees. Prior to this, they held the position of Interbake Business Unit Head of HR and Director of Human Resources at Hearthside Food Solutions, where they managed HR operations in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Before joining Hearthside Food Solutions, Jay Greathouse was the Director of Human Resources for Weston Foods (Canada) Inc., where they led HR operations for 12 manufacturing facilities and provided interim leadership as the US Head of HR. Jay also served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Wells Enterprises, leading a large HR Business Partner team.
Earlier in their career, Jay Greathouse held various HR roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Eaton - Hydraulics Business. Jay began their career as an Associate Attorney/Law Clerk at Fraser, Stryker, Vaugh, Meusey, Boyer & Bloch, P.C.

Jay Greathouse earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Employment Law and Labor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1996. Jay then went on to obtain a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Employment & Labor Law from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1996. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Attorney from the Nebraska State Bar Association in 1996.
