Wendy Caves, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in employee relations and talent management, currently serving as Manager of Employee Relations at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance since December 2013. Throughout their tenure at this organization, Wendy has held various roles including Employee Relations Specialist, Total Rewards | Talent Management, Employee Relations Coordinator, and Life New Business Case Analyst. Prior to this, Wendy was an Administrative Assistant at Atlanta Boiler & Mechanical for a brief period in 2013. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University East and has additional educational experience from Ball State University from 1983 to 1988.
