Tushar Tiwari is currently a Senior Research Fellow and Research And Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, involved in the Design Thinking Lab, Innovation Lab, and Entrepreneurship Cell, alongside roles in teaching various engineering courses. As a Doctoral Researcher at the Product Analytics and Modelling Lab within the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship, Tushar is pursuing a Ph.D. in Product Design and Development. Previous experience includes positions as a Research And Teaching Assistant for NPTEL and the Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Kharagpur, a Senate Master Students Representative at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, a Faculty Lecturer at Aarya Academy, and a Production Intern at Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Limited. Tushar holds an M.Tech in Industrial and Product Design from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Bhilai Institute of Technology.
