Yash Pariani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Yash is currently the Founder & CEO of House Of Gaming Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as Director at Indian Gaming League starting from January 2016. Yash also worked as an Event Organizer at One world productions from April 2014. Before that, they gained experience as a Production Coordinator at Cineyug from October 2013 to June 2014. Yash also worked as an Insights Analyst at whyIT Solutions from May 2013 to September 2013. Their earliest role was as an Assistant Manager at Freestyle Paris from September 2011 to February 2012.

Yash Pariani received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a foundation course at Regents business school in 2010 and 2011. Yash also obtained a high school diploma from Ecole mondiale World School from 2004 to 2009.
